Window Attire, Inc. was founded in 1985. We are an independent retailer servicing the Denver-Metro area in Colorado and not associated with any other company or franchise.

We have remained a smaller company by choice. We believe that the quality of service you receive and the professionalism and experience of the people you do business with is far more important than the size of the company.

Since day one we've always been a Full Service Custom Window Covering company. That means we provide all types of window coverings for our customers, just not "blinds and shades" like most other companies. That also means we provide all the services you as a customer need; measuring, helping you with sample and fabric selection, design/decor assistance, fabrication, and installation.

HOW WE DO BUSINESS

While we do work with some customers by phone, mail, or the Internet; most of our business is done in the customers home or business. By bringing all the sampling to the actual location that the window coverings are going in, we can efficiently address everything that is important to our Customers, such as; lighting, privacy, color, function, and decor.

WHAT PRODUCTS AND "BRANDS" DO WE SELL

We sell all the usual Shade and Blind types that are popular with todays homeowner. We also provide all types of custom fabric treatments as well; including drapery, shades, top treatments, bedding, and accessories.

We select the products we offer by the price, the quality, and the servicing provided by a particular manufacturer or fabricator. Our goal as a company is not to provide the "cheapest" products for our customers, it is to provide the very best product at the best price possible.

We offer many different "brands" from many different manufacturers, and are not a "single brand/manufacturer" company. We don't want to limit the choices our customers have by only doing business with one manufacturer. If you are shopping for clothing "attire" you don't want to have only one "brand" to choose from and we feel this is equally as important when selecting window "attire".

WE COMPLETELY RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY

We never have and never will give out or sell any information on our customers, people who make inquiries to us, or people with whom we work with on in-home appointments. No One. Never. Ever.

We do typically keep all inquiries, price quotes, and appointment information for about 12 months. We have had customers call back several months after we originally communicated with them, so we want to have that information available. After 12 months we physically destroy all inquiries, price quotes, and appointment worksheets.

OUR USE OF THE INTERNET

If you take a few minutes to browse our Web Site you can see that we are dedicated to providing valuable information and services on the Internet for existing and potential customers. As time goes on we will always be adding new features based on the needs of our customers. While we don't want to be an Internet Only based business, we do want our Web Site to be an extention of our Company and provide one more level of service for our customers.

One of the most important ways our Company uses the Internet is one you won't see here. It is our use of Online Ordering. Currently, over 95% of all our orders are placed Online. What is the benefit to you, the customer?

First; it speeds up the manufacturing/production time. By placing your order online it means we can place it 24/7 and eliminate one step in the data entry process and we aren't limited to placing orders during the hours a Manufacturer is normally open. Online orders go directly into the Manufacturers computer.

Second; it reduces the potential for errors/mistakes in the order. By eliminating one level of "data entry" by a third party we have essentially reduced our order errors to ZERO percent.

And third; on those orders placed online we can check the production status and track shipping (if applicable) virtually anytime, day or night.

THE IMPORTANCE WE PLACE ON OUR CUSTOMERS

While we market and advertise our business in a variety of ways, the largest single source for us is from existing customers and referrals. This has been consistent year after year and is how we judge the success of our company. Repeat customers and referrals will only continue if we do everything possible to create a favorable and positive image of Window Attire, Inc. for each and every customer we work with.
